A. Yes, these shoes are designed as amphibious active shoes, so you can wear them safely near water without slipping.
If they get wet, you can simply wipe them off with a dry cloth or towel and put them back on.

A. Yes, they are quick-drying and non-slip, so you can use them safely at the beach or poolside. However, if you use them on the beach, sand and pebbles may get caught in the mesh, making them more difficult to clean.

If sand or pebbles get caught in the mesh, do not try to remove them by force. Instead, let it dry thoroughly and then shake it lightly. This will allow the sand or pebbles to fall out naturally. When cleaning, try shaking it out after it has dried before scrubbing hard or rinsing it with water.

A. After use, please follow the steps below to care for your shoes and keep them clean for a long time.

1. Wash with water (if necessary)
If the outside is dirty, rinse it lightly with lukewarm water.
If you use diluted neutral detergent, wash gently with a soft cloth or sponge.

2. Drying After washing, avoid direct sunlight and let it dry naturally in a well-ventilated shade.
If you are in a hurry, you can use it as is by wiping off the moisture with a dry towel or tissue.
*Please avoid using a high-temperature dryer or hair dryer as this may cause deformation or deterioration.

3. Remove sand and pebbles After your shoes have thoroughly dried, shake them lightly to remove any sand or pebbles that may have gotten caught in the mesh.
The key is to let it dry before removing it, rather than rubbing it hard or squeezing it out while it's wet.

A. Don't worry. GEEXFOOT shoes are not made from rubber or vinyl, but from a unique, sustainable, bio-based material (thermoplastic polyurethane resin) developed specifically for 3D printers. They have almost no distinctive odor.
There is no noticeable odor when you open it, and it is nearly odorless.

A. Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of products shipped overseas, we are unable to offer exchanges .
However, we only accept returns of unused products in the same condition as when they were delivered.
If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return it and then reorder the size you want .
